Kingsley is our Pain Relief and Sports Injury Specialist

Kingsley has obtained a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from the University of Technology, Sydney  and also holds a Diploma of Health Science in Eastern Massage therapy (Shiatsu and Tuina) from the Canberra Institute of Technology.

Kingsley is passionate about Oriental Medicine and started learning because he was interested in the philosophy, and in order to heal his own martial arts injuries and those of his friends and associates. “There are many similarities between Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Martial arts, I believe they are in many ways the opposite sides of the same coin.”

Kingsley’s interests lie in treating a broad range of illnesses including musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, digestive disorders such as IBS, emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety, and the list goes on. Kingsley believes that; the body is a whole and everything is connected, the body is a microcosm of nature and through understanding nature we gain a better insight into the workings of the human body.”

Kingsley has been practicing Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (ninjutsu) since 1997 and Tai Chi since 2002.  He also passionately encourages anyone who is interested into learning about their mind and body through the discipline of Martial Arts and observation of nature.

Kingsley’s other interests are playing the guitar, reading and camping.
