Because we want your time at Live Well to be relaxed and stress free we want you to know exactly what your time with us entails

Opening hours 

We are open 6 days a week:

Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 7 pm

Saturday 9 am until 6 pm

Facilities

As a guest at Live Well Spa & Wellness Centre, you will have complimentary use of our relaxation pods after treatments, complimentary filtered water and herbal tea and an opportunity to sample a range of our Live Well products.

Location and Parking

Live Well is located at 35 Murray Cres, Griffith ACT 2603 (one block from the Manuka Shops).

Free parking is available for guests at the rear of the building, alternative there is two hour parking on Murray Crescent.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we require 24 hours notice to cancel, change or reschedule all appointments. Where cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Treatments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of your scheduled treatment time, or if you do not attend your booked treatment time will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment.  As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.  

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all individual treatments and products and can be purchased in person or by phone on 02 62950400.  Vouchers can be couriered, express posted, emailed, posted or collected from Live Well.
