Wes Smith is the Director of Live Well Wellness Centre, founder of Meditate with Wes and one of Canberra's leading wellness educators. He is the wellbeing columnist for Canberra Weekly Magazine, regularly leads wellness seminars and events and has contributed to numerous health publications. With over 19 years of clinical experience to draw upon, Wes is adept at making the wisdom of traditional therapies accessible and relevant to a modern audience and is passionate about empowering people to better manage their health and wellbeing. 

 

Katrina Howard is an experienced counsellor, coach and facilitator who has worked with clients from private and public sectors. She provides executive, career and outplacement coaching to help individuals develop, transition and succeed. For the past 3 years she has coached presenters at TEDx Canberra to prepare and deliver their talks. Her workshops and group programs in organisations facilitate both personal and professional development. Katrina is an experienced mindfulness meditation educator,  and is the co-creator of “Managing the Madness”, a 6 week mindfulness training program at Live Well in Canberra. She also runs regular workshops on a variety of topics including stress management, resilience, career “fitness”, positive psychology, confident communication and effective relationships.
