Acupuncture may be used at different stages of the fertility journey — whether you are trying to conceive naturally or exploring assisted reproductive technologies such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in-vitro fertilisation (IVF).

If you are actively trying to conceive, your care plan is tailored to your individual cycle, health history and broader wellbeing.
Treatment may focus on supporting nervous system regulation, overall health and balanced menstrual patterns, alongside practical lifestyle guidance. The aim is to provide structured support during the conception phase within the context of your broader health plan.
PREPARING
The preconception phase can be a valuable time to strengthen overall wellbeing.
At Live Well, we provide support with nutrition, lifestyle habits and stress regulation, alongside acupuncture tailored to your individual needs.
Our approach focuses on supporting balance and resilience as you prepare for pregnancy.
IVF/IUI/EGG FREEZING
Acupuncture may be used as a complementary therapy during IVF, IUI or egg freezing cycles.
At Live Well, we develop a personalised support plan aligned with your treatment schedule. Care often focuses on supporting nervous system regulation, emotional steadiness and overall wellbeing during this time.

Fertility Acupuncture Package – Optional Series
Some clients prefer to book a series of weekly appointments for continuity of care during
their fertility journey. For those who choose this option, a reduced package rate is available.
Treatment frequency is always guided by clinical judgement and your individual needs. There is no requirement to pre-commit to a set number of sessions.
New clients begin with an Initial Consultation.
