Kinesiology
Kinesiology helps you tune in to your body
With Kinesiology, you can explore a deeper awareness of the connection between your body, mind and spirit. Using a gentle technique of muscle monitoring, sessions are designed to explore what may be contributing to stress or imbalance in your system.
Putting all the pieces together
Kinesiology takes a whole-person approach, helping you piece together the puzzle. A session may explore what is happening structurally (anatomy), physiologically (including hormones), nutritionally, emotionally, mentally, environmentally and energetically.
You can have a Kinesiology session for a specific concern or simply come in for a re-balance. Many people leave feeling lighter or more centred.
Supporting Balance
Each session may include gentle balancing techniques such as acupressure and meridian-based methods from Traditional Chinese Medicine, chakra-based practices from yogic traditions, specific body movements, flower essences, essential oils, sound therapy or colour therapy. It is gentle and non-invasive.
Who Chooses Kinesiology?
Kinesiology may be incorporated into a wellbeing plan for people of all ages. Sessions can be adapted for children, teenagers and adults.
If you are seeking support during the postnatal period or other life transitions, kinesiology may be used alongside appropriate medical care.

Through kinesiology, clients are guided through a process that uses gentle muscle monitoring techniques to explore stress patterns and areas that may benefit from support. This approach draws on concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine and chakra-based systems, alongside an understanding of emotional and thought patterns. It offers an opportunity to reflect on how stress may be presenting in the body.
Using a gentle technique of muscle integrity testing, sessions aim to identify areas of stress and support balance. Kinesiology is not a massage. It is a non-invasive modality focused on awareness and supporting overall wellbeing.
