Her deep passion for helping individuals uncover a profound sense of inner freedom and vitality stems from both personal experiences and her professional journey.

In your sessions with Angie, you will discover a nurturing and compassionate environment that invites exploration of what needs attention and healing.

Drawing upon her extensive experience, Angie is dedicated to guiding and supporting her clients through their unique journeys with care and understanding.

She is also a wholefood chef and author of 2 cookbooks - Making Peace Before You Eat and Love Life & Gluten Free.
